There are many methods for welding aluminum alloy pipes, among which argon arc welding, resistance welding and laser welding are commonly used.
1. Argon arc welding
TIG welding is a common welding method for aluminum alloy pipes. Under the protection of argon, the aluminum alloy pipe and welding wire are heated by an electric arc to melt and form a weld. Argon arc welding has the advantages of fast welding speed, high weld quality, small welding deformation, etc., and is suitable for the welding of various aluminum alloy pipes.
2. Resistance welding
Resistance welding is a special welding method suitable for aluminum alloy pipes. In the resistance welding process, an electric current is passed through the aluminum alloy pipe and welded joints, generating heat to melt it and form a weld. Resistance welding has the advantages of fast welding speed, high weld quality and small welding deformation, and is suitable for the welding of aluminum alloy pipes with larger diameters.
3. Laser welding
Laser welding is a high-precision welding method for aluminum alloy tubes. In the laser welding process, the aluminum alloy pipe is heated by a laser beam to melt it and form a weld. Laser welding has the advantages of fast welding speed, high weld quality and small welding deformation, and is suitable for aluminum alloy pipes with high welding quality requirements.
